The Sugar Cane 1947 Model Shorts bring one of the most celebrated post-war denim designs into a warm-weather silhouette without compromising the details that made the original a classic. Based on Sugar Cane's renowned 1947 jeans, this version retains the exact fabric, hardware, and construction methods while shortening the inseam to a comfortable 10-inch length.

Woven in Japan on vintage Toyoda shuttle looms, the 14.25oz selvedge denim combines a dense structure with the natural irregularity and vertical fading character that define exceptional vintage-inspired denim. Developed from a blend of American and Zimbabwe cotton, the fabric reproduces the distinctive texture and character of original post-war jeans while promising years of wear and beautifully evolving fades.

The regular straight fit offers generous room through the top block and thighs, creating a timeless silhouette. Custom iron buttons, hidden copper rivets, a selvedge coin pocket, and raised belt loops complete a pair of shorts built with the same uncompromising attention to detail as the full-length original.
