Y'2 Leather

Founded in 1998 in Osaka, Japan, Y'2 Leather is a small, family-run manufacturer dedicated entirely to leather garments and goods. Backed by more than 45 years of experience in leather jacket production, the brand has earned a reputation for some of the finest leather jackets made in Japan.

Unlike fabric, leather is a living material. Every hide carries its own grain, tension, and character, meaning no two jackets are ever exactly the same. Y'2 Leather works directly with select tanneries to develop custom leathers exclusive to the brand, combining traditional tanning methods with carefully controlled finishing.

All collections are cut, sewn, and finished in Y'2’s own studio in Osaka, where a small team of skilled craftsmen builds each piece by hand. From selecting hides to stitching the final seams, every step takes place under one roof.
