Since 2015, Barnes & Moore has been crafting the finest leather goods in their small workshop in Birmingham. Founder Steve Moss and his small team use only full-grain and top-grain vegetable-tanned leather from the best tanneries in the world for their belts. Known for its natural beauty and strength, this leather develops an unparalleled patina over time. The tannery that produces their oak bark leather is one of the last of its kind globally, using ancient techniques that take over 12 months to complete the tanning process.
Barnes & Moore’s craftsmanship extends beyond leatherwork. Their belt buckles and fittings, made from solid brass, copper, and silver, are cast and polished by hand in a traditional foundry.
