The Strike Gold
The Strike Gold was founded in 2007 by Tohru and Yoshiko Hamamoto in Japan’s denim mecca, Okayama. Since then, this small family-run company has continually set new standards for richly textured fabrics. Their 15oz selvedge denim from the Classic Series once redefined the term “slubby” in the denim world. The irregular texture of this rare fabric evokes the character and depth of handwoven Persian rugs.
