Fullcount 1153 U.S. Army M-41 Tapered Chino – Khaki / Relaxed Tapered

The Fullcount 1153 U.S. Army M-41 Tapered Chino takes the unmistakable character of the early 1940s U.S. Army “41 Khaki” and gives it a cleaner, more contemporary silhouette. While Fullcount’s 1201 stays close to the generous proportions of the original military trousers, the 1153 retains room through the top block before tapering toward the hem, creating a slimmer profile without losing the character of a classic military chino.

The fabric remains pure Fullcount: a 100% cotton Combat Chino Cloth woven with a dense, firm construction that gives the trousers their clean shape and refined surface. The cloth has a slight natural sheen and substantial hand when new, but one of its defining qualities is how it changes with wear. Much like a good pair of jeans, repeated use gradually softens the fabric and adds increasingly individual texture and character while retaining its durable workwear foundation.

Fullcount keeps the detailing rooted in the original M-41 military chinos, including angled slash pockets and precisely constructed 2mm double-welt back pockets. Tonal stitching, urea buttons, and a traditional button fly maintain the understated appearance, while the warm khaki color reinforces the trousers’ authentic mid-century military character.

The result is the familiar 41 Khaki translated into a more streamlined fit — ideal for anyone who appreciates the history and fabric of Fullcount’s classic military chino but prefers a narrower, tapered silhouette.
