Knitted in Japan on vintage Stand Wheeler tubular knitting machines, this substantial 9.5oz jersey is made from thick No. 8 cotton yarn. Unlike many heavyweight fabrics that sacrifice comfort for density, Dubble Works achieves a remarkably soft hand while maintaining exceptional structure and durability. The seamless tubular construction eliminates side seams, while raglan sleeves provide unrestricted movement and reference vintage athletic sweatshirts from the 1960s and 70s.

The rich indigo dye gives the fabric its deep blue tone, but more importantly, it allows the garment to develop character with every wear. Just like a well-loved pair of raw jeans, the color will gradually lighten at seams, edges and areas of natural abrasion, creating a fade pattern unique to its owner.
