The OrSlow Chambray Work Shirt is where Japanese precision meets classic American utility. Developed in the early years of the brand, this was one of OrSlow’s first shirt designs (since 2008) and remains a defining staple. Inspired by 1940s military work shirts, it carries the clean functionality of the original while offering a sharper modern silhouette in blue chambray or crisp white.
Made in Japan from lightweight 4.5oz original chambray, the fabric feels breathable, soft, and ideal across seasons. The blue version uses rope-dyed yarns that gradually fade with wear, creating a personal patina over time. Triple-stitched seams, curved hems, chainstitch run-off details, tonal urea buttons, and dual chest patch pockets underline the garment’s authentic construction.
