MotivMfg Peak Lapel Herringbone Denim Lounge Jacket – Black

The MotivMfg Peak Herringbone Lapel Denim Lounge Jacket merges early twentieth century tailoring with progressive fabric development. Inspired by lounge jackets of the 1920s and 1930s, it features a high closing peak lapel, five button front, sculpted pocket entries, and a slightly shortened body that pairs naturally with higher rise trousers. MotivMfg’s anatomical pattern cutting creates structure, comfort, and natural movement in equal measure.

The jacket is made from an original Herringbone Selvedge Denim, developed with one of China’s leading narrow loom weavers. Woven on a 1950s dobby loom, the fabric offers a richly textured surface with more depth than standard denim. Its unsanforized construction uses a herringbone weave to reduce twisting, while a rinsed finish removes further shrinkage.

Green selvedge detailing appears throughout the garment, joined by custom hardware, two front pockets, one chest pocket, and two interior pockets. A rare balance of vintage character and advanced construction.
