Woven in Japan on vintage shuttle looms, the 9.2oz flannel combines a classic block check layout with a subtle herringbone structure, giving the surface depth, texture, and natural visual movement.

Unlike standard yarn-dyed flannels, this fabric uses indigo rope-dyed yarns with a white core. As the shirt is worn, the deep blue tones gradually fade and soften, allowing the check pattern to become more pronounced over time. The interior is densely back-brushed for warmth and comfort, trapping air while remaining breathable enough for three-season wear.

Cut in a clean work shirt silhouette, this model forgoes Western styling in favor of functional details rooted in vintage workwear. Urea cat’s-eye buttons reference classic military and industrial garments, while two-needle chainstitch construction adds durability and subtle puckering with wear.
