The Sinclair Sawtooth Western Shirt is Freenote Cloth’s interpretation of the Western work shirt at its most confident and restrained. Built on classic cowboy foundations, yet refined through material choice and construction, this shirt feels equally at home worn hard or dressed up. Deep black selvedge denim gives it a sharp, almost tailored presence, while traditional Western details keep it grounded in American workwear history.

The fabric is a 9oz Japanese selvedge denim woven by Yoshiwa Mills, chosen for its balance of structure and comfort. Rinsed and preshrunk, it offers a soft hand from day one while still aging with character over time.

Details define the Sinclair. Sawtooth chest pockets with inverted box pleats add depth and utility, while front and back Western yokes shape the silhouette. Real turquoise rope-rimmed snap buttons, a custom bone collar button, selvedge side gussets, and 1/8” double-needle stitching underline Freenote’s uncompromising build quality.
