Orgueil OR-1117 Classic Wide Low Trousers – Twisted Heather / Wide Straight

Orgueil’s Classic Wide Low Trousers OR-1117 reinterpret the brand’s signature Classic Low Trousers with a considerably fuller silhouette while retaining the distinctive early tailoring and workwear details of the original.

Based on Orgueil’s long-standing OR-1002, the pattern features a deeper rise with additional room through the hips, while the knee and hem have each been widened by approximately 9 cm. The result is a relaxed, wide straight silhouette that falls cleanly from the thigh without losing the structured character of a tailored trouser.

Made in Japan from pure cotton twisted heather yarn twill, the fabric has a richly mottled appearance and pronounced texture that gives the trousers much of their vintage character. Traditional details include suspender buttons integrated into the waistband, a buttoned flap coin pocket, buttoned rear welt pockets and a functional cinch back for adjusting the waist. A button fly and carefully finished interior construction complete the design.

A distinctive alternative to classic denim, combining the proportions of vintage trousers with Orgueil’s meticulous Japanese construction.
