Y'2 Leather TR-65 Steer Roughout Single Riders Leather Jacket – Black

Few garments capture the spirit of Japanese leather craftsmanship quite like the TR-65 Single Riders Jacket from Y'2 Leather. Handmade in the brand’s Osaka workshop, this jacket combines decades of leather expertise with a clean, timeless riders silhouette designed for everyday wear.

The jacket is cut from 1,3mm full grain steer roughout leather, the reverse side of Y'2’s oiled steerhide. This grain-side suede is exceptionally durable while remaining soft and flexible from the very first wear, meaning there is virtually no break-in period. The leather is water-dyed and drum finished in Japan, allowing the deep black color to penetrate evenly while preserving the natural character of the hide.

The TR-65 offers a slightly more relaxed fit than many traditional riders jackets, creating a clean, elegant silhouette that works effortlessly with denim or tailored trousers. Details like the stand collar, angled zip chest pocket, zip cuffs, and a discreet interior pocket give the jacket a sharp, purposeful appearance, while smooth leather pocket trim adds a refined contrast to the textured suede.

Inside, a breathable cotton-linen body lining ensures comfort across seasons, while cupra-lined sleeves provide a smooth, silk-like feel when layering and prevent the unpleasant static electricity often caused by synthetic linings.
