Pure Blue Japan’s Kasuri Selvedge Denim proves that indigo can be so much more than just blue.
Kasuri (絣) is a traditional Japanese resist-dyeing technique in which yarns are selectively and partially dyed before weaving to create distinctive, blurred vertical streaks. The result is an irregular, almost handwoven-looking indigo surface, threaded with natural white tones and deep shadows - a denim that develops uniquely vertical fades over time, as beautiful and refreshing as a summer rain.
The KS-15oz-019 is built on Pure Blue Japan’s popular Relaxed Tapered fit, offering generous room through the thigh with a clean, modern taper down the leg.
