Dubble Works ‘Smile’ Loopwheeled Sweatshirt - Sumikuro

A little more attitude, a little more color, a little more fun. This Dubble Works “Smile” sweatshirt channels vintage American sportswear and injects it with unmistakable street energy.

Knitted in Japan on traditional loopwheel machines, the fleeceback jersey is made from pure cotton raffi yarn. By blending reclaimed short cotton fibers back into the yarn, the fabric gains strength and a naturally uneven surface that feels authentically worn from day one. The elaborate circular brushing technique gives the interior a soft, warm hand while maintaining structure.

The faded smile graphic is created using crack rubber and pigment printing, followed by bio-washing, an enzyme treatment that softens the fabric and gives it a naturally worn, vintage look without damaging the material, for real depth. The print will continue to crack and age with wear, developing individual character over time.

Finished with raglan sleeves, ribbed trims, and a classic short, boxy silhouette.
