The exterior, gusset, and interior sections are cut from a single continuous piece of cordovan leather — a demanding and material-intensive method rarely used due to the limited yield from each hide. The folded structure creates a naturally integrated bottom gusset, while additional side gussets increase storage capacity without disrupting the clean silhouette. Every stitch is sewn entirely by hand using waxed thread, allowing the craftsmen to work precisely around overlapping leather sections while maintaining exceptional strength and symmetry.

Inside, smooth American pigskin lining in contrasting red adds both visual depth and practicality. The softer pigskin improves flexibility and allows cards to slide in and out effortlessly.
