Suvin Gold is an extra-long staple cotton grown in extremely limited quantities. Its fibers are unusually fine and long, allowing yarns to be spun smoother and stronger than conventional cotton. Naturally occurring waxes and oils remain intact, giving the fabric a subtle sheen, a fluid drape, and a noticeably silky hand feel that sets it apart from ordinary jersey.
