Deluxeware 20oz Loopwheeled Flat Seam Sweatshirt – Grey / Beige

This is what a sweatshirt looked like before shortcuts existed. The Deluxeware S101-00 is built from an ultra-dense 20oz fleece, knitted in Wakayama on traditional tsuri-ami hanging machines that operate at extremely slow speed. The result is maximum fabric density, loopwheeled with no side seams and, without internal stress — a dry, firm hand on the outside and a brushed interior built for serious warmth.

The set-in sleeve construction and classic front V-gusset reference early 1950s athletic sweatshirts, when cotton knits were engineered for function first. Sewing takes place in Deluxeware’s own „Old Duct“ factory in Odate, Akita on original 1950s UNION SPECIAL flat seamers, creating strong, low-profile seams that sit comfortably against the body while increasing durability.

There is nothing exaggerated here — just heavyweight fabric, authentic construction, and decades-old machinery doing exactly what it was designed to do.
