Buzz Rickson's Duffel Coat is a masterpiece from the Aviation Associates collection and the perfect companion for chilly and damp winter days.
The name "Duffel" comes from the town of Duffel in Belgium, known for exporting a robust wool fabric called Fustian Weave. Originally worn by Scandinavian fishermen, the Duffel coat features toggle closures and a hood for protection against the cold. Adopted by the British Navy during World War II, it gained worldwide popularity.
